In this video, we discuss how understanding business ecosystems will help you start a consulting business and vet your business idea. The tech industry is a good example of an ecosystem of businesses that developed over time. What started out as just a couple of companies turned into an ecosystem of consulting businesses and firms that became certified partners.

A type of business to start that is easier to get into is picking a product that you can become an expert around and then becoming a consultant to help businesses with that product. For example, you can become a Google expert and become a certified partner to help onboard companies onto Google products.
