You must go above and beyond for your clients, especially at the beginning. Do everything you can to satisfy your clients so you can start getting referrals. When you mess up, make it right, even if you’re doing some work for free.

You want to create an amazing reputation right out of the gate. You will have clients that are difficult to work with. Put aside your ego and strive to make them happy. Then learn your lesson about how to better screen for those types of clients in the future to avoid working with them.

Building a business is difficult, so when should you quit? The majority of entrepreneurs quit too soon. Usually, you just need to adjust your services or pricing or marketing skills. If you did the market research before starting your business, then you likely are offering a service that businesses do need.
