As an entrepreneur, you have to focus on your intrinsic motivators to help you keep going when things get tough. Motivation is hard to sustain long term, but when you understand your intrinsic motivators and allow your motivations to change over time, you can keep taking action on your goals.

In this video, I’ll share 5 motivators that you can use to help you keep going. Whether you have deep motivations about making a change in the world, or you have more immediate motivations such as making money and building a business as an entrepreneur, finding your path is key to building a successful company.
